on the page it says 30, 45 or 60.. 20 means level 1, 45 level 2 and 60 is level 3, basically is the difficulty to move in the pool with these dif. levels.. please do not buy 60 :V, its like a stone., 30 is good to start...

Thanks so much for the tip...I've never seen this kind of flip turn during my 50 years as a swimmer :) - it has taken me lots of practice, especially because I have had to do the turn regardless of which hand touches the wall first...huge thanks again for sharing this video.

use auto dish washer "Finish" anti spotting solution. Works perfectly. Soak a paper towel and seal in plastic bag for repeated use. Rinse thoroughly after application.
